Arrive
Fill in your forms online before you come, then arrive ten minutes early. Water, coffee and a quiet waiting room.
Talk first
We start by listening: your history, your worries, anything that has made dental visits hard before.
X-rays and exam
Low-dose digital X-rays and a full exam. We show you the pictures on screen as we go.
Cleaning
If there is time, a gentle cleaning in the same visit. Raise a hand and we pause, whenever you need.

Questions
When are you open?
Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm (closed 12 to 1), Friday 8 am to 1 pm, Saturday 9 am to noon. Closed Sundays.
Do you take my insurance?
We're in network with most PPO dental plans and file the claim for you. Tell us your plan when you book and we check your benefits before the visit. No insurance? Ask about our in-house membership plan.
What happens at my first visit?
About an hour: X-rays, a full exam and a cleaning if there's time. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card and a list of your medications.
What if it's an emergency?
We hold same-day slots every weekday morning. Call (555) 555-0148 right away. If swelling makes it hard to breathe or swallow, call 911.
Do you see children?
From their first tooth. Visits are short and gentle, and a parent can stay in the room.
How can I pay?
Cards, cash and HSA/FSA cards. Larger treatment can be split into a payment plan, always with a written estimate first.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your visit, by phone or by replying to your confirmation email.
Is there parking?
Free parking behind the building and a step-free entrance on Linnet Lane.
